CSRSEF requires the following materials to be present at the in-person fair:
Project Board: Tri-fold or printed poster with means of support.
Check the Display & Safety requirements to be sure your poster is compliant.
Your lab notebook containing a diary of the project.
A lab notebook, also sometimes called a research notebook, logbook or diary, is a complete, permanent record of how you did your experiment/research project; it shows what you did and what you were thinking at different intervals along the way. The notebook is usually handwritten, but it doesn’t have to be.
A 3 ring project binder with all other supporting materials.
The 3-ring project binder will include all the project’s printed documents: all relevant research articles, printouts such as CAD drawings or computer analyses, software programs, relevant emails, your (optional) final research/ engineering report.
