Get your Teacher or Advisor to Register in STEMWizard for the 2026 CSRSEF Fair
All projects must have a teacher or advisor on record before students may register.
Register Yourself in STEMWizard for the 2026 CSRSEF Fair
Your teacher or advisor must register first before their students will be able to register.
Determine the Topic for your Project
Fill out the necessary forms for your project.
All projects intended for competition at the Central Sound Regional Science and Engineering Fair (CSRSEF) must be reviewed and approved by the CSRSEF-SRC/IRB before they can compete. You must contact the SRC/IRB when you are ready. The SRC/IRB does not contact you.
If yours is a behavioral study which involves interacting with human participants, or if it is a biological study that involves Potentially Hazardous Biological Agents (PHBAs), it will require prior approval by the SRC/IRB BEFORE data collection can begin. Such reviews can often take extra time, so you are strongly advised to request review by the SRC/IRB as early as you can
AFTER Getting SRC Approval (if required), Begin your Project
Prepare the necessary materials to document your project.
Review the Display and Safety requirements for your project.
Join us on Saturday, March 7, 2026 for the CSRSEF Fair!
Complete your registration in STEMWizard.
Be sure to provide both a valid email address and phone number to receive necessary information before the Fair.
