On the day of the Fair and after students have set up their projects, our Display & Safety team will evaluate them to be sure that each project adheres to our Display & Safety rules.

Each assigned project station has a Table Assignment sheet.  This sheet is used to track progress of different elements of the Fair such as Display & Safety and Judging.

In the Display & Safety section of this sheet, students should expect to see:

(No Sticker)- The project has not been checked yet.  Don't worry!  It takes the team a lot of time to check 275+ projects!

Pink Pending Sticker- The project has been checked, but there are some issues that need to be fixed before the project can be approved for judging.

Green Approval Sticker- The project has been checked, has followed all display and safety rules and is approved for judging.
