Join Our Community for Fair Updates
Our volunteers help our students have the best experience possible!
Volunteers can sign up to help all day or for just part of the day. We have many jobs that require support from volunteers such as help with:
Fair Set-up
Student Check-in
MC Announcer
Lunch Distribution
Fair Tear-Down
and Many others!
Since the CSRSEF Fair is run exclusively by volunteers, we can also use help with planning, communications, logistics and operations prior to the fair too. If you're interested in joining our planning team, please contact us!
Volunteering helps ensure the Fair runs smoothly and fosters STEM literacy within our community.

The Fair is managed through 3-hour scheduled shifts. Volunteers are welcome to sign up for as many shifts as they would like. Please be sure to check in at the Student Check-In area prior to your your assigned shift to help ensure the event runs smoothly.
If you are planning to volunteer all day, (Thank you!) please consider serving as a Zone Facilitator.
Zone Facilitators anchor an operational area (like Registration or Judging), assign jobs in that zone and support the volunteers in your sector to ensure a seamless experience for everyone.
